Refund Policy

OilTrack lifetime license (one-time payment)

If OilTrack is not right for your shop, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase (14 days for customers in Germany and Austria). Email rodrigo@oiltrack.store with the email address you used to buy, and we will process the refund to your original payment method. After the refund, access to the account is closed.

OilTrack Max (monthly subscription)

• You can cancel at any time from inside the app (OilTrack Max → Manage subscription).
• When you cancel, you keep OilTrack Max until the end of the month already paid and you will not be charged again.
• The current month is not refunded, except where required by law.
• Try it first: eligible accounts get a 7-day free trial with no card required.

Charges you do not recognize

Charges for OilTrack Max appear on your statement as OILTRACK. If you see a charge you do not recognize or believe there is an error, please write to us first at rodrigo@oiltrack.store and we will review it within 2 business days.
